Jadeveon Clowney says he's playing for Texans on Sunday
Houston Texans linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (elbow, wrist) said he will play this week against the Indianapolis Colts.
"I feel good. I feel good enough to go," Clowney said. "Yeah, I'll be out there." Clowney missed Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers, but returned to practice Thursday and is on track to play in this week's AFC South divisional showdown with the Colts. Cornerback Johnathan Joseph (ribs) is expected to sit.
Houston's defense ranks eighth in terms of schedule-adjusted Net Expected Points allowed per play, but numberFire's metrics rank them as a bottom-half fantasy option against the Colts in Week 14. Clowney has recorded three sacks in 11 games this season.
