Broncos' Justin Forsett will decide on retirement soon
Denver Broncos running back Justin Forsett said he'll make a decision on retirement "in a month or so."
The 31-year-old will take the next month to decide. Forsett said he already has plans for his post-playing career including traveling, writing a book and working as a motivational speaker. "A lot of guys let football be their identity," he said. "I’ve never let football be my identity or who I am." Forsett spent time with three different teams last season, amassing 291 yards and one score in nine games.
Among the 44 running backs with between 30 and 100 carries this year, Forsett's -0.23 Rushing Net Expected Points per attempt was fourth-lowest.
