Seahawks' receiver Chris Matthews has shoulder sprain
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Chris Matthews has a "slight shoulder sprain" according to head coach Pete Carroll.
Matthews is best known for his breakout performance in the Super Bowl against the Patriots, but he's been fighting for a high spot on the depth chart this offseason as well.
Our algorithms don't expect much from Matthews, given his spot on the depth chart. They project him for just 24 catches, 311 yards, and 2 touchdowns this year.
