Chargers' Jason Verrett (knee) cleared for team drills
Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Jason Verrett (knee) has been cleared for team drills.
Verrett has been moved slowly after opening training camp on PUP. He sat out the preseason opener and isn't expected to get many live reps. Head coach Anthony Lynn confirmed Verrett will be ready for Week 1.
