Steelers' T.J. Watt (groin) has shot to play Week 3
Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said that injured linebacker T.J. Watt has a chance of playing this coming week against the Chicago Bears, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
The rookie linebacker was given good news as he was diagnosed with nothing more than a low-grade groin strain following his exit from Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. The next couple days of practice should provide more clarity on Watt's potential availability for Week 3, but if he can't go it's likely that Anthony Chickillo and James Harrison split duties on the outside for Pittsburgh.
With 6 tackles, 2 sacks and 1 interception through less than two full games, Watt is projected to contribute 6.7 tackles, 0.3 sacks and 0.4 pass defenses for Sunday's road game in Chicago.
