Chris Johnson projected to lead Arizona backfield again in Week 5
Arizona Cardinals running back Chris Johnson is projected for 66.1 total yards and 0.30 touchdowns in his Week 5 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
In Week 4, Johnson accounted for 63 yards on a team-high 16 touches. Contrary to expectations, though, he was out-snapped (46-35) by Andre Ellington for the second straight week. But it looks like Johnson is the primary early-down back with Ellington serving in a pass-catching role on third down and passing situations.
Johnson's next game will come on the road against an Eagles defense ranked 5th in allowing just 17.3 FanDuel points per game to opposing running backs. And, for a part-time back like Johnson, that might be a stretch. We project him for 9.8 FanDuel points at $5,700 this week.
