DeMarcus Ware expected to miss two weeks for Broncos
Denver Broncos linebacker DeMarcus Ware is expected to miss the next two weeks after suffering a back sprain on Sunday.
Thankfully, the Broncos have their bye in Week 7, so Ware may only miss one game. That could lead to additional snaps for first-round pick Shane Ray, who has sacks in back-to-back contests.
Ware has played a major role in the Broncos' defensive dominance this season. He has racked up 4.5 sacks, leading the team in that category. The Broncos will face the Cleveland Browns in Week 6. The Browns entered Week 6 ranked eighth in Adjusted Passing NEP per play.
