Bills' Josh Allen having up-and-down start to training camp
Buffalo Bills rookie quarterback Josh Allen "has made some of the best throws of camp but also some of the worst," according to ESPN reporter Mike Rodak.
What It Means:
Just four days ago, beat writer Joe Buscaglia mentioned Allen being the best passer in camp so far. Rodak thinks A.J. McCarron has been the steadiest quarterback through the first week and pegs McCarron as the favorite to open the season as the starter.
