Montreal's David Desharnais out three weeks with broken foot
Montreal Canadiens center David Desharnais' lower-body injury has been revealed to be a broken foot.
Desharnais is expected to miss the next three months as a result of the injury. It's another rough setback for Montreal as the Canadiens continue to watch their once promising season slip away.
Desharnais has nine goals and 26 points in 57 games this season. His 51.2 Corsi For Percentage is right in line with his career average while his -2.8 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength is a career-worst clip.
