New York Islanders defenseman Thomas Hickey will miss at least a month due to a lower-body injury he suffered on Saturday.

The Islanders placed Hickey on injured reserve Monday morning.
Through four games this season, Hickey had notched two goals as his lone two points. He had been producing at his usual pace with a 52.7 Corsi For Percentage, though his Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength had jumped to 8.5 percent from -0.4 last year.
