Brighton were on a seven-match unbeaten run earlier this year, but they have followed that up with a brutal stretch, losing their last six matches. Brighton have lost five of those six games by at least two goals, and they have scored just once over the entire stretch.
Overall, Brighton are having a decent season at 7W-12D-10L, putting them in 13th place. However, winning only 7 out of 29 matches gives them a 24.1% win rate for the year. Yes, they will be facing the last-place team in the league, but they have already tied this Norwich squad earlier this season and Brighton lost 3-0 to 19th-place Burnley during their current losing streak.
Brighton are a disaster right now, and getting Norwich to win or draw at +170 odds is a potential steal.
West Ham vs. Everton
West Ham to win -130
West Ham are having a strong season, as they are currently in seventh place with a chance to move up, as they are only three points behind fifth-place Tottenham. The Hammers are 14-6-10 this campaign, as they continue to show they are a solid top-half team after finishing in sixth place in the league last season.
Everton are now three points above the relegation zone, but they are still having an abysmal season, sitting in 17th place with only 25 points. Remarkably, the Toffees are just 3-2-15 in their last 20 games. They do have a better reputation than their record shows, but the Toffees have played like a relegation team for a 20-match stretch.
West Ham are a good side, and they should expect to get three points at home against a weak opponent.
Crystal Palace vs. Arsenal

Arsenal are having a really nice season, and they are on the inside track to finish in the top-four for the first time since the 2015-16 season. The Gunners are 17-3-8 this year, putting them three points ahead of fifth-place Tottenham with a game in hand to boot.
The Gunners have had great success against the bottom half of the table this year, going 9-3-2 in those matches. They are also in superb form, going 6-0-1 in their last seven league games, with the only loss coming against second-place Liverpool.
Playing at Palace won't be easy, but the Gunners have the better side and have more to play for. I like taking Arsenal to get all three points at these -105 odds.
