The Cincinnati Reds have a modest 3.87 implied team total against Pirates' starter Trevor Williams, which means they're unlikely to draw much attention with four games expected to be above 5.00 runs at the moment.

That presents a nice opportunity to roster Joey Votto at lower ownership. Despite the low implied total, Williams posted an uninspiring 4.63 SIERA with a below-average 18.2% strikeout rate in 2017. He doesn't allow a ton of hard contact, but Votto has consistently performed well with the platoon advantage, sporting a career .420 wOBA and .236 isolated power (ISO) against righties.

PNC Park is a downgrade from Votto's home ballpark, so it isn't a slam dunk. But you'll gladly take Votto's talent at low ownership. Keep an eye on the weather, however, as rain could be an issue here.
