Travin Dural, Wide Receiver

What if I told you a wide receiver from the same program that produced Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry would get to play on a pass-happy NFL team with a Pro Bowl quarterback? That's right, you'd be psyched.

Travin Dural was held back by the same LSU offense that held back OBJ and Landry’s college potential, but now he gets to catch passes from New Orleans Saints future Hall of Famer quarterback Drew Brees. Dural slots in for now as a depth player, as he'll fight for playing time with Michael Thomas and Willie Snead.

In a run-heavy offense, Dural managed to churn out 1,716 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns on 100 catches in his Tigers career. (Imagine what he could've done had he not dealt with knee, hamstring, and shoulder injuries.) Standing 6’1” and weighing 202 pounds, Dural ran a 4.57 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, and while he wasn’t explosive by any means, MockDraftable compared him to the similarly meh athleticism of Allen Hurns.

Dural is an underwhelming prospect on the surface, but has some hidden value that could emerge, especially if Brees takes a liking to him.
