Kieran Trippier remains out for Tottenham giving Aurier a chance for another start against Southampton. Many Spurs fans are not happy with his most recent performance and are calling for Kyle Walker-Peters ($4,000), but Aurier should get another run out against Southampton.

Tottenham are expected to dominate possession as Southampton play with caretaker manager Kelvin Davis in charge. The Saints will have six injury concerns to go with a temporary manager. Aurier should be able to get forward, much like Trippier, as Southampton have trouble controlling possession.

Defensively Aurier has produced over six defensive actions per match. His foul numbers are near three, which he would love to reduce. However, with Southampton likely struggling to win the ball there will be less chance for Aurier to foul the opponent. This may be his last chance to be a first-choice back up, so Aurier needs to perform.
