Stephen Piscotty sitting for Oakland Tuesday
Oakland Athletics right fielder Stephen Piscotty is out of Tuesday's starting lineup versus the Seattle Mariners.
The Athletics are officially locked into a postseason bid, so Piscotty will grab a seat on the bench for the first time since August 12. Matt Joyce will man right field and bat sixth versus Mariners right-hander Mike Leake in his first turn in the lineup since the 4th of July.
Piscotty is averaging 10.2 FanDuel points per game this season, while slashing .270/.329/.491 with 26 home runs, 85 RBI, and 76 runs scored across 592 plate appearances during his first season in Oakland.
