Kolten Wong (oblique) back in action Friday for Brewers
The Milwaukee Brewers activated Kolten Wong from the 10-day injured list.
Wong missed the past two weeks with a strained left oblique. He will return to second base Friday and bat out of the leadoff spot versus right-hander Kyle Hendricks and the Chicago Cubs. Jace Peterson, who had been covering second base for Milwaukee, has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left thumb injury in a corresponding roster move. Jackie Bradley will bat sixth after serving as the Brewers' leadoff man in place of Wong.
numberFire’s models project Wong for 9.3 FanDuel points versus the Cubs and he has a salary of $2,300 on Friday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Brewers have an implied total of 4.1 runs.
