Pirates put Phillip Evans (hamstring) on injured list

Evans suffered the injury while running the bases on Wednesday afternoon. The Pirates purchased the contract of first baseman Will Craig from Triple-A Indianapolis to replace Evans. Craig will man first and bat eighth on Thursday versus the San Francisco Giants in his season debut.
