Max Muncy on Dodgers' bench Wednesday
Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Max Muncy is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against left-hander Tyler Anderson and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Muncy went 2-for-5 with an RBI on Tuesday in his return from an ankle injury. He avoided a setback but the Dodgers are still giving Muncy a maintenance day on Wednesday. Albert Pujols will start on first base and bat cleanup. Cody Bellinger will bat fifth, followed by A.J. Pollock and Will Smith.
numberFire’s models project Pujols for 13.4 FanDuel points and he has a $2,800 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Dodgers have an implied total of 5.0 runs, the fourth-highest in the majors on Wednesday.
