White Sox's Yermin Mercedes back for opener Monday
Chicago White Sox designated hitter Yermin Mercedes is back in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Tyler Glasnow and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Mercedes will bat fifth after being held out of Sunday's lineup for maintenance. Jose Abreu will move back to first base and Yasmani Grandal will start at catcher over Zack Collins.
