Royals' Michael Taylor taking seat in Thursday matinee
Kansas City Royals outfielder Michael Taylor is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Luis Garcia and the Houston Astros.
Taylor is taking a seat after starting the last five games. Jarrod Dyson is rotating over to center field while Andrew Benintendi and Ryan O'Hearn fill out the rest of the outfield. Carlos Santana is at first base and Salvador Perez is at designated hitter while Cam Gallagher enters the lineup to play catcher and bat eighth.
