Alcides Escobar at shortstop Wednesday for Nationals
Washington Nationals infielder Alcides Escobar is in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Max Fried and the Atlanta Braves.
The Nationals held Escobar out of the lineup in two of their previous three games, but he's back at shortstop and hitting seventh Wednesday afternoon. Lucius Fox is available off the bench after starting at shortstop on Tuesday.
numberFire’s models project Escobar for 8.5 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $2,200 salary.
