Orlando Arcia absent from Atlanta lineup Monday
Atlanta Braves infielder Orlando Arcia is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Max Scherzer and the New York Mets.
Robinson Cano is replacing Arcia on second base and batting ninth in what will be his Braves debut. Arcia could experience a downtick in playing time now that Cano has been added.
numberFire’s models project Cano for 7.0 FanDuel points on Monday, and he has a $2,500 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Braves’ implied total (3.65) is third-lowest out of the 14 available teams on the main slate.
