Rays' David Peralta resting on Tuesday
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder David Peralta is not starting in Tuesday's contest against the New York Yankees.
What It Means:
Peralta will sit on the bench after Roman Quinn was named Tuesday's starting left fielder in New York.
According to Baseball Savant on 240 batted balls this season, Peralta has accounted for a 10.8% barrel rate and a .323 expected weighted on-base average.
