Marcell Ozuna sitting for Atlanta Monday
Marcell Ozuna was not listed in the Atlanta Braves' starting lineup for Monday's game against the Washington Nationals.
Ozuna was the starting designated hitter for yesterday's game, but will start Monday's contests on the bench while Travis d'Arnaud joins the lineup at catcher and bats fifth. William Contreras will take Ozuna's spot at designated hitter.
Ozuna's production has continued to slowly decline over the past few seasons, but the veteran has notched 21 homers with 52 runs, 51 RBI, and 2 stolen bases in his 480 plate appearances this season. He's batting .221 with a .669 OPS on the year.
