Brandon Belt on Blue Jays bench Wednesday
Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Brandon Belt is not in the lineup versus left-hander Shane McClanahan and the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday.
The left-handed hitting Belt will sit versus the Rays' southpaw. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will cover first base and Matt Chapman will move into the cleanup spot. George Springer will be the Blue Jays' designated hitter. Nathan Lukes will enter the lineup to play right field and bat ninth.
