Jake Cave on Phillies bench Friday
Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Jake Cave is not in the lineup for Friday's series opener against right-hander Jordan Lyles and the Kansas City Royals.
Johan Rojas will start in center field and hit ninth while Brandon Marsh moves to left field in place of Cave. Nick Castellanos will maintain his normal roles in right field and the cleanup spot.
