Bo Naylor catching Friday for Guardians
Cleveland Guardians outfielder Bo Naylor is in the lineup for Friday's series opener against right-hander Tyler Glasnow and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Naylor is catching for Cal Quantrill and batting eighth after he was held out of the previous lineup. Eric Haase, who started in place of Naylor, was designated for assignment by the Guardians on Friday. Cleveland activated catcher David Fry (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list in a related roster move.
numberFire’s models project Naylor ($2,400) for 8.5 FanDuel points on Friday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Guardians have the lowest implied total in the majors today (3.30) and the game total is a pitcher-friendly 7.5. Glasnow ranks in the top of the majors this season with a 32.6% strikeout rate and 36.0% whiff rate.
