Josh Naylor idle Wednesday afternoon for Guardians
Cleveland Guardians first baseman Josh Naylor is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Joe Ryan and the Minnesota Twins.
Naylor will take a seat after he went 0-for-4 on Tuesday night in his third game back from the injured list. Kole Calhoun will start on first base and hit third Wednesday afternoon while Steven Kwan shifts to designated hitter. Ramon Laureano will start in right field and bat cleanup while Will Brennan moves over to the other outfield corner.
