Hunter Goodman sitting for Rockies Thursday night
Colorado Rockies first baseman/outfielder Hunter Goodman is not in the lineup for Thursday's series opener against right-hander Logan Webb and the San Francisco Giants.
Goodman will sit after going 0-for-5 with 2 strikeouts in Wednesday's series finale against the Chicago Cubs. Charlie Blackmon will return to right field and leadoff duty at Coors Field on Thursday evening. Kris Bryant will bat second and Nolan Jones will hit third.
