Mike Ford sitting for Seattle matinee Wednesday
Seattle Mariners designated hitter Mike Ford is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Joey Estes and the Oakland Athletics.
Ford went 0-for-2 with a strikeout as the starting DH on Tuesday. Teoscar Hernandez will shift to DH duty Wednesday while Jarred Kelenic moves to right field. Dominic Canzone will start in left field and bat eighth.
