Tigers' Tyler Nevin taking seat Tuesday
Detroit Tigers infielder Tyler Nevin is not in the lineup for Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Zack Greinke and the Kansas City Royals.
Zach McKinstry will replace Nevin on third base and bat seventh.
numberFire’s models project McKinstry ($2,500) for 10.9 FanDuel points on Tuesday and he's one of our top point-per-dollar values among batters. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Tigers' implied total is 4.17 and the game total is 7.5. Greinke is 1-15 this season with a paltry 16.1% strikeout rate, second-worst among Tuesday's projected starters.
