T.J. Warren (foot) ruled out for Pacers on Thursday
Indiana Pacers small forward T.J. Warren (left foot soreness) will not play on Thursday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Thursday isn't part of a back-to-back set and Warren appeared fine during Tuesday's game, so this comes as a bit of a surprise. The positive news is that Warren isn't dealing with soreness in the same foot that had plantar fasciitis. Justin Holiday and Aaron Holiday are candidates to replace Warren in the starting lineup, and they should both take on expanded roles in his absence.
Warren is averaging 22.1 FanDuel points through four games. He has the fourth-highest usage rate (21.9 percent) among the Pacers' rotation players. Domantas Sabonis' usage increases a team-high 6.5 percent without Warren on the floor this season.
