Victor Oladipo ruled out Wednesday for Rockets due to personal matter

Houston Rockets guard Victor Oladipo will not play Wednesday against the Charlotte Hornets for personal reasons, per head coach Stephen Silas.

What It Means:

It will be Oladipo's second straight absence after he sat out last game for injury maintenance. Kevin Porter Jr. (quad) is also expected to remain out, so Sterling Brown could draw another start with D.J. Augustin playing more off the bench. The Rockets' offense will primarily run through John Wall and Christian Wood.

Brown scored 38 FanDuel points on Monday as a starter and he has a salary of $4,200 for Wednesday's 11-game slate. The Hornets are allowing the fourth-most FanDuel points to the shooting guard position over their last 15 games.
