Jaylen Brown (ankle) expected to remain out Friday for Boston
Boston Celtics small forward Jaylen Brown (ankle) is expected to return Sunday against the Miami Heat, per general manager Danny Ainge.
Celtics head coach Brad Stevens hasn't ruled out Brown returning for Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls, but Ainge is probably offering a more realistic outlook. Evan Fournier started on Wednesday with Brown sidelined and scored 18 points with 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 triples, and 2 steals.
Jayson Tatum is averaging 50.8 FanDuel points when Brown is sidelined this season, compared to 43.0 when they are both active.
