Trail Blazers' Dennis Smith (elbow) ruled out again
Portland Trail Blazers point guard Dennis Smith (elbow) has been ruled out again for Wednesday versus the Memphis Grizzlies.
Smith will miss a third consecutive game, meaning his Trail Blazers debut will not come until after the All-Star break. Anfernee Simons, Josh Hart, and Ben McLemore should continue to play most of the Trail Blazers' backcourt minutes on Wednesday.
