Ja Morant (ankle) doubtful Monday for Memphis
Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant (ankle) is doubtful for Monday versus the Miami Heat.
The Grizzlies appear to be giving Morant and a few others the night off on the second leg of a back-to-back. Tyus Jones will likely start at point guard in place of Morant and play as many minutes as he can handle. Kennedy Chandler will also likely play extended minutes.
In three games without Morant this season, Jones is averaging 34.5 minutes and 34.6 FanDuel points with a 19.7% usage rate. Per FantasyPros, the Heat are allowing the fifth-most made 3-pointers per game to the point guard position this season.
