Pelicans' C.J. McCollum (thumb) will not play Sunday
The New Orleans Pelicans have ruled out C.J. McCollum (thumb) for Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
McCollum has started in all 45 of his active games in his first full season with the Pelicans, but will rest tonight as the team plays their second game in two days. Jose Alvarado could start in his place as the team takes on the Bucks.
McCollum is averaging 21.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.8 assists for 37.5 fantasy points per game so far this season. With Ingram sidelined, our models project Alvarado for 25.1 fantasy points off of 11.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 4.4 assists. He has a $4,500 salary on FanDuel.
