Grizzlies' Danny Green (knee) sitting Thursday

Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Danny Green (knee injury management) has been ruled out for Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What It Means:

Green played 10 minutes in his season debut on Wednesday and made a 3-pointer with 4 rebounds, an assist, and a steal. It was Green's first game since undergoing surgery last May to repair a torn ACL and LCL in his left knee, so the Grizzlies are going to hold him out for the second leg of the back-to-back. John Konchar is set to return after missing the last four games with a concussion.

numberFire's models project Konchar for 11.1 minutes and 8.4 FanDuel points on Thursday, and he has a $3,700 salary on the Main slate. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Grizzlies’ implied total (119.0) is No. 12 out of 14 active teams today.
