Pistons deliver Bojan Bogdanovic to Knicks
The New York Knicks acquired guard/forward Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) and guard Alec Burks from the Detroit Pistons for guard Quentin Grimes (knee), guard Malachi Flynn, guard/forward Evan Fournier, guard Ryan Arcidiacono, and two second-round picks.
What It Means:
Bogdanovic is currently dealing with a short-term calf injury, but once cleared, he will likely start in place of Julius Randle (shoulder). Once Randle returns, Bogdanovic figures to move to the bench and lose some minutes.
Bogdanovic averaged 28.7 FanDuel points in 32.9 minutes per game for the Pistons this season, with 20.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 3.1 three-pointers.
