Pistons' Isaiah Stewart (ankle) to return after All-Star break
Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart (ankle) is expected to return to the court immediately after the upcoming NBA All-Star break.
Stewart has been sidelined since the end of January with an ankle injury but appears to be nearing a return. It sounds like he'll be back in the lineup when the Pistons emerge from the All-Star break.
Stewart has been playing heavy minutes with the Pistons this year, averaging 30.6 minutes a game while starting in 34 of his 35 contests. He's averaging 11 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in those games so far.
