Jayson Tatum (ankle) absent Monday for Celtics
Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (ankle) is out for Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons.
Tatum has been downgraded from questionable and will miss his first game since January 8. Jrue Holiday (shoulder) and Sam Hauser (ankle) have both been ruled out for the second leg of the Celtics' back-to-back, but Jaylen Brown (ankle) is good to go. Look for Brown, Derrick White, and Kristaps Porzingis (hamstring) to lead the first unit for Boston.
Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Celtics have the highest implied total (119.25) out of 10 teams on the Main slate today. Brown is averaging an additional 6.5 (44.0) and White is averaging an additional 12.0 (44.4) FanDuel points per game when Tatum is inactive.
