Timberwolves' Kevin Garnett still mulling decision on 2016-17 season

The Minnesota Timberwolves are still waiting to hear forward/center Kevin Garnett's plans for the 2016-17 season.

What It Means:

"Kevin hasn’t told me or informed me yet if he’s coming back to play or if he isn’t coming back," Wolves owner Glen Taylor informed NBA.com on Thursday. "I can only assume I’ll be hearing from him in the next three weeks." Entering what would be his 22nd season in the NBA, Garnett is currently on the books for $8 million. He would be nothing more than a locker room influence for the young Timberwolves.

Garnett logged 14.6 minutes in 38 games for the Timberwolves last season. His 15.7 total rebound percentage was just below a 17.1 career-average.
