Orlando's Evan Fournier has MCL sprain in knee, ruled out for Friday
Orlando Magic guard/forward Evan Fournier (knee) has a sprained left MCL and will not play against the Sacramento Kings on Friday night.
Fournier made an early exit on Wednesday and was unable to return. As of now, it seems like he's only day-to-day but the Magic figure to take a conservative approach with his return. Jonathon Simmons, Mario Hezonja, Jonathan Isaac, and even Wes Iwundu could all see an uptick in minutes with Fournier on the shelf.
Fournier is averaging 27.5 FanDuel points per game this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 19.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 0.9 steals, and 2.1 3-pointers per game.
