Lakers' Lonzo Ball (knee) reportedly has a torn meniscus
Los Angeles Lakers guard Lonzo Ball has a torn meniscus in his left knee, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.
Ball has been rumored to be an integral trade piece in talks for Lebron James and Kawhi Leonard but now will likely stay put in L.A. with the knee injury. The tear is in the same knee that troubled him in the final months of the season. For what its worth, Ball is expected to be fully ready by the start of training camp in September.
Ball finished his rookie season with 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per game.
