Saints' Alvin Kamara reportedly has high-ankle sprain
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara reportedly has a high-ankle sprain and his status for Week 7's game against the Chicago Bears is jeopardy, according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network.
Kamara dealt with an ankle injury last week, though he was able to fully suit up without issue. Per Pelissero, Kamara thinks he has a "shot to play," which doesn't sound very encouraging. Keep a close eye on his status as the week progresses. If he weren't able to suit up, Latavius Murray would handle the bulk of the backfield work.
Our models currently project Kamara for 74.1 rushing yards, 36.5 receiving yards, 0.6 total touchdowns and 17.2 FanDuel points.
