Antonio Brown reportedly discussed by Seahawks, Ravens

The Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens have "had internal discussions" about signing free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown, reports Mike Silver of NFL Network.

What It Means:

Silver also speculates that Brown could be facing a suspension of "about half a season" due to numerous off-field incidents. He turns 32 in a couple of weeks, but Brown would still likely provide an upgrade at the receiver position for both the Seahawks and Ravens. He has connections on both teams, as Brown has been working out with Seahawks backup quarterback Geno Smith and his cousin is Ravens wide receiver Marquise Brown.

Brown had an average depth of 11.1 yards on just 8 targets last season. His 0.68 Reception Net Expected Points per target would have ranked 22nd out of 30 receivers with at least 100 targets.
