Antonio Gibson limited for Washington with toe injury
Washington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson (toe) was listed as limited on Wednesday's injury report for Week 6 against the New York Giants.
The injury doesn't seem like it will keep Gibson out of Sunday's game. The rookie totaled 51 yards on 16 touches last week but he was out-targeted by J.D. McKissic 5-8 and only recorded a slightly larger snap share in a negative game script. Kyle Allen, who will be starting against the Giants, targeted both backs three times a piece before exiting with an arm injury late in the first half. Gibson has dominated rush attempts in the backfield but the Football Team is frequently playing from behind and forced to abandon the run.
numberFire's models project Gibson for 18.5 touches and 13.8 FanDuel points versus the Giants. He's the RB18 in our weekly fantasy rankings and has a salary of $5,800 on the Week 6 slate.
