Bengals' John Ross (illness) inactive for Week 7
The Cincinnati Bengals ruled John Ross (illness) out for the team's Week 7 game against the Cleveland Browns.
Ross has been a healthy scratch multiple times this season and played just one offensive snap in Week 6 despite Auden Tate missing the game. He'll miss Week 7 with an illness, but don't expect to see much more of the former first round pick this season.
The Bengals hardly have a need for Ross with their surprisingly solid wide receiver corps of A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins and Auden Tate. His absence in Week 7 doesn't really move the needle for any of those players.
