Bryan Edwards consistently working with starters

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Bryan Edwards has consistently run with the first-team offense.

What It Means:

The Raiders are running Edwards, Hunter Renfrow, and Henry Ruggs with the starters, while John Brown, Zay Jones and Willie Snead IV have worked with the backups. Brown was expected to replace Nelson Agholor in Raiders' three-wide sets, but it appears Edwards may have taken over that role. Edwards logged a 23.9 percent snap share last season and drew only 15 targets in 12 games, finishing with 11 receptions for 193 yards and a touchdown. Per Fantasy Football Calculator, Edwards' current ADP is WR59 at 13.09 in 12-team PPR leagues.

Edwards added the third-most Reception Net Expected Points per target last season out of the 165 receivers to draw double-digit targets. numberFire's preseason PPR rankings currently project Edwards at WR102 with a projection of 27.9 receptions, 44.0 targets, 364.2 yards, and 1.95 touchdowns.
