Washington's Ricky Seals-Jones (quad) returns to practice Thursday

Washington Football Team tight end Ricky Seals-Jones (quad) returned to practice on Thursday.

What It Means:

Seals-Jones played every single offensive snap last week and he was on the field for all but one snap the game before that, so the Football Team gave him a well-deserved breather on Wednesday. In those two games since stepping in as a starter for Logan Thomas (hamstring), Seals-Jones has 99 yards and a score on 15 targets (18.7% share). Washington will take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in Week 7.

The Packers are allowing the sixth-most adjusted fantasy points to tight ends this season. RSJ is the TE13 in numberFire's Week 7 fantasy rankings and our models project him for 4.9 targets on Sunday. Per Pro Football Focus, Seals-Jones has ran the third-most routes among all tight ends over the past two weeks.
